DESCRIPTION:{show accesslevels=\"Registered\"}This 17 km (approx) walk is p
 art of the historic area\, with tracks created by the Lal Lal Iron Mining 
 company (formed 1874). A good medium walk with some short\, rocky\, steep 
 uphill sections in the morning. We start at the Blast Furnace picnic area\
 , visiting the historic remains. Wide tracks and uneven terrain\, heading 
 clockwise\, to Mt Doran lookout for lunch. With limited views through the 
 trees\, a charming walk full of eucalyptus and Xanthorrhoea plants. To dri
 ve to the picnic area\, you will be on approximately 3 kms of unsealed roa
 d. Meeting point will be Blast Furnace Picnic area at 9.00 am\, where ther
 e is a toilet\, the only one for the day. Carpooling is recommended. Pleas
 e arrange this yourself once the booking date closes. Carpooling fee is $2
