SUMMARY:Southern Cross Station to Royal Park Station via Docklands

 This 8km walk is through t
 he Docklands and along the Moonee Ponds Creek and the Capital City Trail.

 
 We meet at Southern Cross Station in front of the Vline waiting room and
  toilets underneath Woolworths at 10:00 am. We will stop at Docklands for 
 moring tea and toilets. Lunch will be at Manningham Reserve. We complete t
 he walk at Royal Park Station.
 Highlights of the walk: the new bike path
  bridge over New Footscray Road\, the now defunct Eye\, the wetlands of Ma
 nningham Reserve\, and the near completion of the major public works in th
 e area.
 Bring morning tea and lunch.
