 The Ov
 erland Track in the Cradle Mountain Lake St Clair National Park is the bes
 t known of all the Tasmanian multi-day walks.&nbsp\; This 65km six-day wal
 k encompasses mountain scenery unlike any found anywhere else in Australia
 .&nbsp\; This is also an area of high rainfall and wild weather\, with pot
 ential blizzards and snow even in summer.&nbsp\; Walkers will need to be f
 it and prepared for all potential weather conditions.
 From Launceston Ai
 rport\, our walker transport will take us to Cradle Mountain where we will
  stay on the Sunday night in cabins.&nbsp\; On day 1\, the shuttle bus wil
 l take us to Ronny Creek where we begin our walk which involves a steep cl
 imb to Marion's Lookout.&nbsp\; The track passes Kitchen Hut and traverses
  the exposed Cradle Cirque to Waterfall Valley.&nbsp\; Day 2 take us to La
 ke Windermere.&nbsp\; We will cross Pine Forest Moor and skirt the base of
  Pelion West to reach Pelion Hut on day 3.&nbsp\; Day 4 will begin with a 
 climb to Pelion Gap and will take us to Kia-Ora Hut.&nbsp\; Bert Nicholls 
 Hut (formerly Windy Ridge) is reached after crossing Du Cane Gap on Day 5.
 &nbsp\; The track then passes through dry and open eucalyptus forest to re
 ach Narcissus Hut on Day 6.&nbsp\; From here we will complete our walk by 
 catching the ferry to the southern end of Lake St Clair (Cynthia Bay).&nbs
 p\; Our transport will take us to Launceston where accomodation will be bo
 oked for our last night.&nbsp\; Possible side trips include Cradle Mt\, Ba
 rn Bluff\, Lake Wills\, Mt Ossa and Hartnett Falls as these will be weathe
 r dependent.&nbsp\; Please note that as this is a group booking (maximum o
 f 6 walkers) we will be camping in tents in the designated group camp site
 s near the huts but will not be allowed to utilise the huts except in extr
 eme emergency.&nbsp\; Ultralight tents are not appropriate for this trip.&
 nbsp\; Costs will be: $190 Overland Track Fee\, $140 walker transport\, $1
 80 accommodation\, $55 Lake St Clair ferry.&nbsp\; Total approx $565&nbsp\
