 Our acco
 mmodation will be in the delightful 2-storey farmhouse called Hazelwood Co
 ttage. This will be a repeat of the trip to Hazelwood that I planned last 
 year and that was run by Janet Sowden. The Cottage is well equipped to cat
 er for those with mobility issues. Access is mostly flat and there are no 
 stairs from the carpark. Downstairs there are 5 bedrooms containing 8 sing
 le beds and 3 doubles. There are 3 bathrooms downstairs and a separate toi
 let in the laundry. Upstairs (for drivers) there are 3 single beds and one
  double. All linen\, towels\, face-washers\, doonas and wool blankets are 
 supplied.
 The large kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats
  12.
 There is a large sitting room with plenty of comfortable furniture 
 for lounging\, plus an open fireplace with wood supplied\, books\, board g
 ames and a pianola. Outside there are spectacular views\, a covered deck\,
  gas barbecue\, firepit\, outdoor furniture\, and two friendly donkeys. As
  the property is in the shadow of Mt Victoria\, there is no TV reception o
 r Wifi\, but there are plenty of DVDs available.

 The garden has paths for easy strolling and access to beautiful fern gul
 lies.
 Easy walks in the vicinity of the property. Short/long walks along
  the aqueduct for the drivers or the more energetic Amblers.&nbsp\;
 Game

 A drive to the Redwood Forest&nbsp\;
 Vis
 its to Warburton (5 minutes by car) to browse in the tourist shops\,&nbsp\
 ;
 The Waterwheel Gallery
 Walks along the river\; and&nbsp\;
 Visit to
  the Rainforest Gallery for a tree-top walk.
 
 Food catering covers all
  meals except for the pub dinner one night. I have booked at the Alpine Ho
 tel in Warburton. We may also have a BBQ\, depending on the weather.
 Che
 ck-in and Check-out:&nbsp\; Very flexible.&nbsp\; With an early check-in a
 nd a late check-out\, effectively we can have three full days and two nigh
 ts\, if desired.
 Costs: Accommodation assuming 15 participants [5 driver
 s\, 10 amblers] is $170\, plus food and one hotel meal\,&nbsp\; plus petro
 l.
