The Club is an incorporated association and an affiliate member of Bushwalking Victoria.

The affairs of the Club are managed by a Management Committee. The club office bearers are President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Membership Secretary, plus up to seven ‘ordinary’ members chosen to represent the subordinate committees.

Current sub-committees are Program, Socials, Leadership, Membership and Website.
