Day Walks
Under certain circumstances, members may invite a guest to join them on one of our walks, subject to the agreement of the leader. The member should also let the Membership Secretary know that they will be bringing a guest. For insurance purposes, adult guests need to register as a visitor on our website and accept the risks associated with joining the walk. Visitors under 18 may attend a designated family event.

Social Activities
There is no need for visitors attending a social function to register on the website unless there is a requirement to sign an Acknowledgement of Risk form to attend the function. However, the inclusion of these visitors should still be approved by the leader of the function who will forward the names of the visitors to a member of the Website Committee for inclusion in the booking list.

Visitor joining the club
It is expected that if a visitor is eligible to become a member and would like to do so after trying out an activity with the club, they will register as a prospective member (see How To Join).

Visitor booking process for adult visitors
To register as an adult visitor please click HERE After you have lodged your registration, you will see a confirmation of registration screen and be sent a confirmation of registration email. Once the Membership Secretary has verified your details you will be notified by email that you are able to log in to our website using the username and password you provided when registering. You can use the Activities menu item to view and BOOK the activity you have been invited to join.

Booking process for visitors under 18 years of age
Members inviting a visitor or visitors under the age of 18 need to place the visitors’ names and emergency contact numbers in the Comment field when booking and accept the booking declaration/s on behalf of each of these visitors.
